Hello, and welcome to Calvinopolis! As is evident from the previous sentence, this whole shebang is run by some guy named Calvin. And this guy named Calvin happens to be me. Welcome to my life.
Speaking of my life, I'm not totally sure what I'm gonna do with the darn thing, but as I figure that out I'll write about it here. Among other things, I am an aspiring artist. I am a senior member of a youth improv comedy group known as Tiger Monkey Dragon, and I also write skits and film short videos. You'll find some of these on my Youtube channel, which is conveniently also called Calvinopolis. As of this post, most of those videos are from up to 3 years ago, except for one I posted just an hour ago, which is to be the first in a long line of satirical history videos known as Calvinopolis History (see the page titled 'Calvinopolis History' for more information. Duh.)
I am also a musician! I play the Ukulele, Guitar, and Piano. I am almost entirely self taught in Ukulele an piano, and only took a few guitar lessons during an arts camp I went to. I may post videos or recordings of my playing on this website, or on my Youtube channel.
Anyway, aside from the enticing option of being dirt poor my whole life, there are a few other things I could pursue (Sorry, did I say 'dirt poor'? I meant 'an artist'). For one thing, I am a writer! I'm currently crafting a fantasy universe, and may post stories or maps/drawings from that on here. I'm also writing a comedic space opera, from which I will also post chapters and such.
But hey, I'm a sophomore in high school, I don't have to worry about life choices yet. Then again, that's probably what I'll be saying in senior year. And college. And when I'm 30, living in my mom's basement.
